Due to increased workload, my client is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide interim support to their HR Business Partnering team.
Your new role
Working remotely as part of a supportive HR function, you will provide HR advisory and employee relations support across a geographically dispersed workforce.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Advising managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance and absence management cases
- Supporting investigations and providing guidance to investigating officers
- Managing Occupational Health referrals and associated processes
- Assisting with Subject Access Requests, including document redaction
- Providing guidance on probation, attendance, sickness absence and policy matters
- Drafting HR correspondence and outcome letters
- Supporting documentation management, filing and record retrieval
- Advising on family leave, medical appointments, career breaks and other HR policies
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience working at HR Advisor level
- Strong employee relations and case management experience
- Ability to work independently within a remote environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards is desirable
- Experience supporting healthcare, public sector or highly regulated environments would be advantageous
