An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a dynamic PE backed and highly acquisitive organisation on a fixed-term contract basis.This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with senior leaders, providing expert HR guidance and delivering people solutions that support business growth, organisational effectiveness and employee engagement. You'll have the opportunity to influence strategic decisions while remaining hands-on across a broad range of HR initiatives and employee relations matters.
What You'll Be Doing

  • Partnering with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned to organisational goals.
  • Providing expert advice on employee relations, performance management, organisational change and workforce planning.
  • Managing complex and sensitive HR cases from initial consultation through to resolution.
  • Supporting change programmes, restructures and consultation activities.
  • Driving talent, succession and performance management initiatives.
  • Using people data and workforce insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Coaching and influencing managers to build capability and confidence in managing people matters.
  • Supporting employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and organisational development initiatives.


What You'll Bring

  • Previous HR Business Partner experience within a commercial environment, ideally a start up or PE backed environment
  • Excellent employee relations knowledge and experience handling complex casework.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Experience supporting organisational change and transformation projects.
  • Outstanding relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial awareness with a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting people-related data.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
